Q: Will the night light be too bright to affect the kids sleeping quality?
A: The product gives a soft glow to allow the kids to feel safe and gradually make kids fall asleep. Our product comes with an automatic timer off function, so that sleeping quality is not affected.
Q: Will the night light be too dark to see the surrounding?
A: The product glows bright enough to see your surroundings. Typically, your eyes adjust to the soft glows from our night light. It’s bright enough for you to navigate through a kid’s room with all sorts of toys on the floor.
Q: Will the night light get hot?
A: The night light uses cool LED Lights. It never gets hot.
Q: How long does it take to fully charge a drained Night Light?
A: It can be fully charged in about 1 hour.
Q: How to know it is fully charged?
A: The product has a charging indicator at the bottom of the light. When charging, the indicator turns “ON”. When the indicator is “OFF”, the night light is fully recharged.
Q: How long can it be used after fully charged?
A: It can be used continuously for around 8~10 hours after fully charged. Perfect for the kids who need a light through the full night.
Q: What kind of charging cable and charger do I use?
A: Enclosed with the product, you will find a Micro-USB to USB cable. Please connect it to a standard 5V USB charger. (For example, your 5V USB cellphone charger or any USB port of a computer or laptop… etc)
Q: Can it be put into the bathroom as the bath toy for kids?
A: The product is not designed to be waterproof. Please do not use it in a damp condition or bathroom as the bath toy. It will easily damage the product.
Q: Can we wash the night light?
A: No! Cleaning the night light with a damp cloth will be sufficient.
Q: Does it come with a warranty?
A: We warrant the Product to you against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for one year from the date of your original retail purchase.
Q: If it drops, will it break?
A: The Night Lights are designed to be durable so they won’t shatter, but they are not unbreakable. A slip of hands or a careless drop will not damage the product.
Q: Are the batteries replaceable?
A: Unfortunately, the built-in batteries are not replaceable. We kept the batteries built-in for child safety.
Q: I am going on a camping trip and will need the nightlight for a few days, what should I do?
A: You can bring along with you a portable USB power bank and charge it like how you recharge your cellphones.
Q: Am I too old for a night light?
A: The night light is designed for all ages! So, it works safely for a new born baby and also anyone who needs a light at night!
Q: Why does your night light only glow one color?
A: Because we believe that you only need the perfect glow for you to feel safe at night.
Q: Why does your night light doesn’t glow evenly?
A: Our night lights are designed with the cutest shape possible. As light travels in straight lines, there are parts of the night light that the light just cannot reach.
Q: Can I use the light while it’s charging?
A: For safety reasons and because we want to make the product for all ages, even for newborn, our night light will not work while it’s charging. But do not be disappointed, because our night light charges super-fast. Just 1 hour to get the night light fully recharged!
Q: Why does the night light keep turning off after a while?
A: The night light is on default for 15 mins. It will automatically switch off to save battery life and also to give a better sleeping quality.
Q: I just don’t like total darkness, can I have the night light on for the whole night?
A: Yes, you can cancel the default 15min timer by pressing on the Power button for 3~5secs. The timer indicator will go off and you can have the nightlight for as long as the batteries last.
Q: Why is your night light not lasting the whole night as you claim?
A: Please make sure your night light is connected properly for recharging. The charging indicator will turn on while it’s charging. After it is fully recharged, the indicator turns off. Then your night light is ready to last for 8~10 hours.
Q: Why don’t you make night lights bigger?
A: We design them to be cute, adorable and perfect size for your little one to carry it by little hands easily.
Q: I really need to disinfect the night light to feel safe giving it to my baby. What should I clean with?
A: You can spray a little diluted alcohol based cleaner on a clean cloth and wipe down the surface.
Q: What kind of standard does your night light follow?
A: Our products are designed with care and for long term reliability. We follow and comply with ASTM F963 and CPSIA.
